Preheat oven to 400F and generously season corn cobs of corn with salt and pepper.
Add a brush of butter to the tops and roast on a jellyroll pan (lined with nonstick foil) for 35-45 minutes, or until starting to brown.
While it’s on the over cooking, turn the corn in each side occasionally.
You can drop more butter when fresh out from the oven.
