INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Prepare the Cake
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 8-inch round cake pans.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Step 2: Bake the Cake
